Mukesh Thakare
CS Mukesh Thakare is an Associate member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. he has completed his graduation in commerce from University of Mumbai. he has an experience of over 4 years. he heads business execution team and liaisoning with regulatory authorities for
Company Law matters and FEMA & Exchange control matters.
He has a vast experience in handling various corporate law compliances, secretarial audits and due diligences, IPO related work for diverse
industries. Mr. Mukesh is currently handling Research portfolio and is responsible for knowledge management.
